What to expect

Escape the city and immerse yourself in the tranquil Gloucestershire countryside. Pack a picnic, stop off along the way, spot the wildlife: you'll have time to do it all. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking to complete the safety and instructional brief.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 1 week in advance for a full refund. Reschedule up to 48 hours in advance for free. Reschedule less 48 hours in advance for a 20% fee, at our discretion. In the event that poor weather or unforeseeable disruption to navigation outside of our control prevents your departure: we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to reschedule free of charge. No refunds are provided in the case of poor weather.
